This workshop will focus on employee hiring, training, and performance; and the critical roles they play in the success of the business. Your new hires along with your present employees will need your attention and guidance.

  • Hiring good employees – hire for what you need and do not to settle.
  • The interview process – getting it right
  • Develop self-sufficient employees and crews that deliver to your high standards.
  • Elevate employee performance - the value of performance reviews in developing future leaders in your company.

Being more profitable and handling an influx of new projects will require new hires, skilled employees, and leaders with good customer communication skills. You the owner will provide more estimates and spend valuable time with your perspective customers.

This Forum should be highly interactive. So, be willing to share your hiring stories – the good, the bad, and maybe the “ugly”.

About Steve Kraut:
A graduate in Economics from UC Berkeley, Steve transitioned into Business Coaching from a long and very successful corporate business career. In 2001 Steve completed his certification as a Management Effectiveness Coach. Since then, he has worked with a variety of small business owners - accountants, photographers, financial planners, and trades’ professionals.

For over 15 years, Steve Kraut has contributed to the personal and financial success of small business owners, executives, and sales professionals. For over 10 years he has been a consultant at “World Class Coaches” , a premier personal and professional coaching company providing customized solutions for corporate executives and real estate professionals.

Free to RERA members. Limit 2 free per membership. Additional employees are $25 each.
If you make reservations and don’t come, you will be charged our cost of $25.00.
If you come without a reservation, you will be charged the same, $25.00
Cost for non-members is $25.00.
Payments to be made at the door and must be cash or check only, no credit or debit cards accepted.
