Did you know that your customer can cause you lots of trouble if your contract doesn’t contain specific clauses?
Did you know that significant changes to those requirements have been made over the past five years?
Do you know if your home improvement contracts comply with current requirements?
Relax! For our March 23rd Professional Education Forum, RERA member and construction law attorney Timothy Hannan will be explaining the elements of a valid home improvement contract and going over specific provisions.
Tim has been in practice since 1981, and in addition to being an attorney, also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Avoid unnecessary problems arising from poorly drafted contracts and listen to Tim explain the basics. You won’t want to miss this forum.
