Victor Venuta from Basalite Concrete Products - “Retaining Walls, Pavers and More”

There are many requirements that need to be addressed before the first shovel of dirt is disturbed on any exterior project in California. These requirements affect all contractors. Victor Venuta will be presenting retaining wall products, permeable pavers, fence walls, and ACBMs (articulated concrete block mats) — specifically what they can do, and what they cannot do. He will present the colors available from Basalite and go over some of the construction requirements. A portion of his presentation will be on the engineering involved with these products.

Victor Venuta has been employed at Basalite for the last seven years. He is highly respected for his knowledge of stone work, and large and small retaining wall structures for construction projects of all sizes. Due to his extensive experience, he is often called upon to do forensic investigation work.
